Help! I’m walking my dog, but I want to stop in the store! What do I do?
Well, you’re in luck! We LOVE dogs. In fact, we might just pet your dog and ignore you. Just kidding. But feel free to bring them in to visit anytime!
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy! If you are unsatisfied with your (unused) purchase, we will happily exchange it or give you in-store credit for the purchased price with an original receipt.
If your item is defective, please bring it in for us to take a look at it! Defective items will be returned for full refund or exchange.
We’re also happy to offer an exchange or in-store credit for online sales, as well. Please return the item in the original packaging used for shipping, with a copy of our return form. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and returns do not include prepaid shipping. If you’re in the area, you can also just stop in and return it in person!
If your online purchase is defective, please contact us at 608-467-6544 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, to report receipt of a damaged item. We will arrange for pick-up and will either refund you or send you a replacement.
If I want to visit the store, where is the best place to park?
There is on-street parking in front of our store on King Street, as well as on-street parking near our back entrance on S. Pinckney Street. If those are full, try out the city’s Judge Doyle parking garage at the corner of Doty Street and South Pinckney street. And, if you get lost, give us a call: 608-467-6544. We’d be glad to help!
